Energy Saving Service Agreement (ESSA):
An Energy Saving Service Agreement (ESSA) will cover all necessary maintenance for both the Heating and Cooling systems. A one-year ESSA will cover 2 visits; 1 visit in the Spring for the A/C System, and 1 visit in the Fall for the Heating System. $129.90 Per System, Per Year.
